HOW TO MAKE GUMAMELA JAM


Ingredients:


      • Gumamela Flower
      • 3 glasses of water
      • Muscovado sugar
      • 2pcs Lemon . 



Procedures:

      1. Clean the Gumamela Flower using tap water. Cut the pollen and get only the petals.
      2. Cook the Gumamela Flower on 3 glasses boiled water in casserole for 20 minutes.
      3. Mix the muscovado sugar.
      4. Put the lemon and boil it again w/ another 20 minutes until the volume of the water reduce in 3/4.
      5. Serve in a clean jar.
