HOW TO MAKE GUMAMELA JAM
Ingredients:
- Gumamela Flower
- 3 glasses of water
- Muscovado sugar
- 2pcs Lemon .
Procedures:
- Clean the Gumamela Flower using tap water. Cut the pollen and get only the petals.
- Cook the Gumamela Flower on 3 glasses boiled water in casserole for 20 minutes.
- Mix the muscovado sugar.
- Put the lemon and boil it again w/ another 20 minutes until the volume of the water reduce in 3/4.
- Serve in a clean jar.
